For $750,000 at Sedo this week the mammoth domain value changed hands. Who says mobile is dead? The company plans to use proceeds from the sale to center its development on gaming, applications and emerging books on device markets.

Triple X Stutters in Cartagena Posted: The flow of all things toward a triple x TLD may have slowed somewhat. ICANN has yet to blaze a trail of "Yes", although this is the big "Y" that in this case come before 'X". This week's Cartajenan cartel o' domainers lagged and dragged their usual feet and decided much of nothing quick-like. The public comment period for the triple X domain TLD is now open, and what a roistering circus it promises to be. To those domainers automatically knee-jerked into ponying up another renewal fee for an undesirable domain TLD, comment at ICANN.
